Infertility Consultation

We provide a comprehensive approach towards investigation, treatment and education of couples trying to conceive. Patients and their husbands are explained about factors leading to infertility and lifestyle measures to correct and prevent difficulties to conceive.

We provide services to couples seeking treatment to conceive upto level 2 i.e Superovulation and Intrauterine insemination.

The investigation panel includes a detailed hormonal blood assessment, for example thyroid profile, pooled prolactin, Anti-mullerian hormone, Follicle Stimulating hormone and routine parameters like complete blood counts, vitamin D3, sugar and lipid profiles.

Patients are subjected to a gentle yet detailed ultrasonography of pelvis on first visit to the clinic for baseline diagnosis and further subjected to serial scans for studying the natural physiology of ovulation which may vary in patient to patient.

The husbands are also investigated for semen parameters following WHO 2010 criteria.

The clinic also provides treatment to an array of patients including polycystic ovarian syndrome, diminished ovarian reserve, endometriosis, elderly couples, couples with bad obstetric history (no live issue or repeated miscarriages), male infertility diagnosis and referral to andrologist if required.

Throughout the process of diagnosis, management and correction of lifestyle measures, we provide a supportive environment to the couple and encourage complete involvement of the husband in order to keep the patient’s morale undeterred.
